nice man

like it alot, sounds just like deadmau5

i was just wondering how you made that string type background synth?

D-Chain responds:

hey thanks dude, the background string comes out of the vanguard vst..
just EQ'ed + filtered -> to a level that sounds allot more trancier then it did standard.
thanks for the cool score!

love it!

what did you use for the effects?

like the sweep, and the buildup noise.

if you wouldnt mind, could you send me the pad preset :D

SupJD responds:

The pad that kicks in at ~50 seconds was made using the 3xOSC, it did have quite a lot of effects going through it... Free Filter, EQ 2, Phaser, Stereo Enhancer, Soundgoodizer, Fruity Balance (for sidechain) with Reverb on Send 1. As well as the master channel effects to give the whole track a boost and decent mix.

And the buildup noises where just a mixture of reversed cymbals/reversed reverb, loading samples into wave traveller and basically just messing around with how it played the sample over a period of time. Most of them had a lot of delay on them too, to get that wishy washy sound after it kicked in.

Thanks for the review, and I hope that helped a little, and I'll be sure to check out your tracks too!
